The reality TV star was arrested following an outburst directed at a female Cobb County police officer. Reports from TMZ reveal that Smith allegedly made offensive and threatening remarks, leading to serious legal consequences.
The incident took place at The Roxy music venue, where Smith attended a concert. According to authorities, she directed racially charged and derogatory language at the officer, allegedly saying, "I can't wait to kill you, you dumbass, ugly bitch 'cause you're fcking fat, and they love us skinny bitches 'cause you're fcking Black." She is also accused of expressing hatred towards Black women and making further threats against the officer and her sister.
Smith was arrested and charged with two felonies: terroristic threats and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. She was released on bail the following day, and the case is currently under review by prosecutors to determine if formal charges will be filed.
In a statement, Smith's attorney, Mike Hawkins, mentioned that Hannah does not remember the events after stepping away from her drink to take a photo with fans. He added that she regrets any actions that may have caused offense, particularly towards law enforcement.
